There are many liabilities incurred by owners of web-sites. We appologise to all our genuine visiters, but find it necessary for legal reasons to present our acceptable use policy.

Copyright

Zenica maintains copyright on all site content, both in the information presented and in the code used to present the information. No site content may be reused without the written consent of Zenica or its agents. When such permission is granted the reused information must be clearly identified as to its ownership and originating source. The originating source may not be obfuscated by means of frames or other embedding technology, unless the origin is clearly marked within the frame.

Usage

Zenica sites present data which may contain identifying information such as address, e-mail address and/or telephone numbers. This information may not, under any circumstances, be reused for any means including (but not limited to) any form of reselling, mass mailing, spam, or telemarketing. Since, by implication, the "good name" of Zenica may be adversely affected by such activity - Zenica may prosecute and request damages against any person or organization involved in such activities.
